We are extremely excited to announce that we have acquired two premier youth teams for this upcoming fall season! Both the 10u Canes-Gilchrist and the 12u West Raleigh Blue All-Stars will play under the TPA Nationals name starting this August!
The 10u Canes-Gilchrist team is considered one of the best teams in the State and after recently winning the USA Baseball Futures Tournament, they’re being considered one of the best teams in the country! They’re currently competing down in FL at the USSSA DeMarini World Series and then off to the Triple Crown Club Nationals in Atlanta, Ga. This team will hold a workout/tryout on Saturday August 4th (Details Below) and will be coached by Kyle Wilson who is currently the GM of The Performance Academy.
The 12u West Raleigh Blue All-Star team also has a history of winning and being one of the most competitive teams in the area. They are Cal Ripken State Champions and are currently competing in the Southeast Regionals in hopes of making it to the Cal Ripken World Series later this month. This team also finished 2nd in the Gold Bracket of the Top Gun Summer World Series this past June. They are being coached, and will continue to be coached, by former Div. 1 player and successful business owner, BJ Christman. They will also hold a workout/tryout here soon on July 28th out at West Raleigh. Those details are listed below.
**Due to the rules of youth baseball, these teams will age up in the fall and play under 11u and 13u respectively. The details for each workout/tryout are listed below.
