8:15am-9:00am- Check In
9:00am-9:20am- Introductions & Jason Roach From Inside Recruit
9:20am-9:30am- Dynamic Warmup
9:30am-10:00am- 60 yrd. Dash
10:00am-11:15am- Hitting (Indoor & Outdoor on Field)
11:15am-11:30am- INF Ground Balls / OF & C get loose
11:30am-12:00pm- Outfield Throwing / INF get loose
12:00pm-12:15pm- Catcher Pop Times
12:15pm-1:00pm- Infield Throwing
GAMES: (Pitchers will throw during games)
1:30pm-3:00pm (Class of 2019)
3:15pm-4:45pm (Class of 2020)
5:00pm-6:30pm (Class of 2021)
